invoq is operated by Magentic BV, a private limited company registered in the Netherlands (Ruyschstraat 77-2, 1091BX Amsterdam; KvK: 99971879).
If you only want the short version: use invoq as intended, pay for your subscription if you keep using it after the trial, and respect the practice — these are guided visualisation sessions, not medical, legal, or financial advice.

1. Acceptance
By using invoq (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
You also agree to Apple’s standard EULA, which is incorporated by reference and available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and Apple’s EULA conflict, the more user-protective provision applies.
2. The Service
invoq is a daily visualisation and affirmation practice. The Service generates a short, AI-assisted audio session each morning based on the answers you provided during onboarding.
What the Service is not:
- Not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice.
- Not financial, legal, or career advice.
- Not a guarantee of any outcome. We do not, and cannot, promise that practising daily visualisation will produce specific results in your life. Visualisation is a recognised psychological technique; outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.
3. Subscriptions
The Service is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with a 7-day free trial. By starting the trial you authorise Apple to charge the subscription fee at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Annual plan: $149 / year (approximately $12.42/month).
- Monthly plan: $14.99 / month.
Pricing in your local currency is shown on the paywall. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy; we cannot issue refunds directly.
4. Your account
You must be at least 13 (or 16 in the EU) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties.
You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent technical protections.
- Resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service.
- Submit content you don’t own or have rights to.
6. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the answers you provide during onboarding. By using the Service you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use those answers for the sole purpose of generating your daily sessions and operating the Service.
Audio and scripts produced by the Service are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use.
The invoq brand, app design, and codebase are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law.
7. AI-generated content
Sessions are generated by third-party AI models on our behalf (see the Privacy Policy for the named providers). Generated content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or unexpected phrasings. We make no warranty regarding accuracy, and we are not liable for any decision you make based on a session.
8. Service availability
We aim for the Service to be available continuously but make no specific uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or your statutory consumer rights in the EU).
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will surface them in-app and require re-acceptance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. EU and UK consumers retain the right to bring claims in their country of residence and to invoke any mandatory consumer protections of their home jurisdiction.
